Hold Policy

No holds are given on free trial, special membership deals, 10 Cards or Monthly memberships. 

Holds allowed: 3 months - 1 hold, no longer than 2 weeks

6 months - 2 holds, no longer than 4 weeks combined

12 months - 3 holds, no longer than 6 weeks combined
