Snehal is our Traditional Yoga expert.

 

She grew up practicing yoga every day, and teaches the Patanjali way.  Her Pranayama lessons and guided meditations will help you focus and clear your mind.

Snehal also teaches traditional Indian singing and cooking.

Claire holds qualifications in Gymnastics, Olympic style Weightlifting, Maximum Strength training, and holds a BioForce Conditioning Certification.  She is a Qualified Yoga Teacher (YA 200 Hours) and Level 2 Crossfit Trainer.

Amy is an International Yoga Alliance qualified teacher.  She has been practicing for almost 2 decades and has taught yoga since 2013.

Amy has an appreciation of many styles of yoga and believes everyone can enjoy it.  She is an enthusiastic teacher of beginners and advanced alike, and specialises in Yoga Trapeze, Power Yoga, Vinyasa and Yin Yoga.

Amy continues her self practice with many renowned teachers, and brings to Edge her own Power Yoga lesson on Thursday nights.

Anne is dedicated to her love of Tantric Hatha Yoga teacher .  She believes mastering Asana is not about perfecting shape but is about the understanding of what the shapes do and how they impact our Physiology , energy and mind. she loves the Ocean and is a surf babe .
